Shipping

We take the utmost care to ensure your product reaches you at the earliest with the best possible packaging and no damages.

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 150 for every order of 500 gms (approx 3 garments). Shipping fee is not charged on individual item but on the whole order. The shipping fee is on us, if you order for more than Rs 4,000.

We ship the product within 48 hours after you have placed the order through our partner logistic agency, except on Sunday and Public Holidays. Our partner logistic is spread across the country but do not ship to a few remote locations where our courier service is unavailable. You can expect delivery within 3-4 working days of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. We try our best to ensure the product reaches you within a week since it is ordered. Delivery will be done to the address mentioned by you while placing the order. In the rare case that you have placed and paid for the order, and we are unable to ship your order we will send you an email and credit your account with the concerned amount.

Shipping charges applicable and not refundable in the case of cancellation of the order.

We don’t currently ship internationally but are working on making this possible at the earliest.

Exchange & Returns

We appreciate your shopping with us and treat your concerns with utmost priority. If any product you buy is of the wrong size, we accept exchanges and will send you an alternate size on return of the original order. The exchange is subject to availability. A return must be initiated within 3 days from delivery. Any returns post 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

In the scenario of non-availability of an alternate size, we are happy to give you store credit that can be used for any other product of your choice.

The returned product has to be unused and in the same condition as received along with original tag and packaging. Any used or washed product will not be accepted.

We do, however, have a strict no refund policy.

Damages

We ensure the product is packed in the best possible way to limit any damage during transit, however in the unlikely scenario that you receive a damaged product or a product damaged on transit please call us on +91 9916968828 or email us at interact@plumpf.com mentioning your order ID with the images of pictures of the damage and we will facilitate the return of the package. We will ensure you are replaced with a new piece at the earliest possible. Please ensure the original product tag is intact.
